Our Program:

     We are committed to small teacher/child ratios in all of our classes. The toddler class will have a maximum of 10 students. The three-year-old class will have a maximum of 10 students. The four-year-old class will have a maximum of 12 students. All classes have a teacher and an aide.

     We welcome children from the ages of 18 months through 5 years old. Students entering the three year old class must be potty trained.

     If you have any questions, please call us. We would be happy to speak to you or schedule a time for you to come and tour our facility.

Our Curriculum:

     The curriculum of Buckingham United Methodist Preschool is designed to give the children an all around educational foundation - intellectually, emotionally, and physically - but, well within each child's learning capacity. With this positive approach, our goal of teaching creates happy and delightful experiences for the children and their families.

Activities are provided that will allow for the growth of each child at their own developmental level.

Although we do not teach United Methodist doctrine, we do believe it is our responsibility to teach, model, and live the Christian ethic.

     We believe in the growth and welfare of young children. We strive to provide them with opportunities for creative play, group activities, and expression through artistic mediums. All of these opportunities are provided in a loving Christian environment.
