As chairperson of the Administrative Council, I prepare the agenda for the meetings and guide the reports and discussion in our quarterly scheduled meetings.  The Ad Council approves the annual report to the charge conference, as well as other administrative actions requiring council approval.  We meet periodically (we elected quarterly) to review and discuss the activities of the various member committees to enhance communication among those persons holding leadership positions of BUMC.  Most meetings are open to all who wish to attend but they may not participate in any decisions before the council.
